Review! Avon Glow Bronzing Powder

Alright, so this is the last review for all of those Avon products! These are the bronzers from the Glow collection. I got two of them, an they were $9.99 but will be $12.

There are five shades: Sunkissed Glow, Warm Glow, Light Bronze, Light Sands, and Deep Tan. The two I got are Warm Glow and Light Sands.

Here's what they say about these in the campaign book..

"Silky, luminous bronzer blends easily for a streak-free, radiant look."

Warm Glow, Light Sands

These come in the standard, compact case.. The same compact as the True Color Eyeshadow Quads. They come with a little piece of protective plastic over the product.

I chose these colors because I thought Warm Glow would be nice to just add, well, a nice glow! In the campaign book Light Sands looks darker so I got it to try as a contour.. Warm Glow is actually the darker of the two, though.

So here is Warm Glow. It's more of a red toned brown with some fine, golden shimmer. It's pretty. It kind of reminds me of the Betty-Lou Manizer by theBalm, but they have different tones.

And here is Light Sands. It's a bit darker in real life. It's not as warm as Warm Glow, it's more cool toned. It's just a light, matte brown.

Here are the swatches on the back of my arm. Warm Glow is on the left, and Light Sands on the right. They're nice. I had to swipe Warm Glow about two times, and Light Sands took a few more for the swatch.

Now, these also have scents. The same scent as the Bronzing Pearls. Again, I can't quite put my finger on the smell but I don't like it.. I really wish these products were scentless!

These both work pretty well. They give a very nice subtle, and natural glow or contour, whichever you're using them for. I've been using Light Sands as a light contour lately instead of my Rimmel Maxi Bronzer.

These do create fallout, but this can be prevented by simply not swirling your brush in them! You only really need a tap of product! This doesn't cause fallout, and also, if you get too much it can look muddy and not pleasant at all and can be a bit hard to blend out. Less is more! Again, you only need a tap, and if you need more you can add it as you go!

So, I do like these. And I really like the imprint of the sun on them.. I think it's really cute! :)
