Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation Review

Say hello to my new love; the Urban Decay Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup. This foundation claims to help the "skin achieve a natural, illuminated, and bright finish - like the beautiful skin that you were born with" while being "weightless and virtually invisible". It comes in eighteen shades ranging from fair to dark, and cool to warm undertones so there's something for everyone. I use the shade 4, a medium-light shade with golden olive undertones, which would have to be the best match that I've ever used. Other foundations I've used in the past were always slightly too pink or yellow for me, but this one is just perfect!

Urban Decay Naked Skin contains 30ml of product (the norm for foundation) and comes in a sleek, attractive bottle with a pump (hallelujah). The formula is quite thin and liquidy which I'm personally not used to, but it's really easy to apply and blend out. It's definitely a more sheer foundation but can be built up to at least medium coverage. You would still need to use a concealer if you have really stubborn dark circles or a blemish, though. Overall, it helps to even out the tone of my skin and seems to lift and brighten my face as well. It's lightweight with a natural finish (UD says it's a demi-matte finish) and looks and feels as if I'm not even wearing foundation. I love it! As for lasting power, this wears well on me throughout the whole day (I have drier skin going into this time of year).

So, if you're looking for something that will give your complexion that little boost without being heavy or too much coverage then I would recommend Naked Skin, whereas if you need a foundation with some mean coverage you'll most likely be disappointed with it. Have you tried it?

Wondering if you purchased this online or somewhere on the Island? What price range is it in?
